Smackdown opens with John Laurinaitis cutting a promo saying that he's not happy with the Board of Directors' ruling. He said they are sending him to the slaughter so he needs the support of all the People. WWE champ CM Punk came out and began insulting Laurinaitis. He told Punk he would face Kane tonight.
*WWE Tag Team champs R Truth and Kofi Kingston beat Titus O'Neil and Darren Young.
*Damien Sandow came out to face Yoshi Tatsu and tried to say Tatsu was underneath him. Tatsu insulted him so Sandow agreed to wrestle, then laid out Tatsu and walked out.
*Sheamus interview backstage. He said he wanted to prove what a champion he is this Sunday. Orton showed up and they had a staredown.
*Daniel Bryan defeated Zack Ryder with the Yes Lock.
*Kane beat WWE Champion CM Punk by DQ. Daniel Bryan was on commentary. He tried to nail Punk with a chair but got Kane instead. Kane went nuts thinking Punk did it.
*WWE United States champ Santino Marella beat WWE Intercontinental champ Cody Rhodes.
*World champion WorldChampion Sheamus beat Randy Orton. Orton went for the RKO, but Sheamus schoolboyed him for the win.
