WWE RAW REPORT: PUNK AND BRYAN IN TAG TEAM ACTION; SHOW'S FATE IS DETERMINED; DID THEY REMEMBER THAT THERE IS A PAY PER VIEW ON SUNDAY?; WILL WE SEE JOHN LAURINAITIS NEXT WEEK?

By Richard Trionfo on 2012-05-14 23:13:59
Triple H is walking in the back and he sees John Laurinaitis. John stops Hunter and he tells Hunter that two weeks ago, he never knew that Brock was going to attack Hunter. John knew that Hunter wanted to stand up to Brock so that is why he left the ring. It hurt him to watch Brock beat Hunter up and break his arm. John says that Hunter has his support and sympathy.

Hunter says nothing and then John asks.

Hunter says that what he will say, he will say in front of the world (not like there is a camera there). He wishes Laurinaitis luck with John Cena on Sunday.

We are live from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and your announcers are Michael ‘Crosby’ Cole and Jerry ‘8:30 on Fridays? Really?’ Lawler.

Triple H makes his way to the ring. We see what happened two weeks ago with Brock and Triple H.

Hunter says everyone wants to know his thoughts on Brock Lesnar. He says that he has been telling everybody the same thing. It isn’t the physical that is bothering him. He is offended by Brock Lesnar and what he said about ‘bringing legitimacy’ back to the WWE. The day before he came back here, he was in a ring in front of 78,000 people in front of the most watched Wrestlemania going toe to toe with the Undertaker. All he was thinking was ‘I hope someone can come along to make this legitimate’. His arrogance offends him Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, John Cena, Randy Savage, and many more.

Hunter says that it offends him as a fan. He started out as a kid and he will always be a part of this WWE Universe. As a member of this universe, Brock offends him.

Hunter says that he is big enough to admit that he was slightly embarrassed. He was embarrassed because he bought into Brock Lesnar’s crap and hype. The same crap and hype he bought into in 2002 when met this incredibly talented, simpleton farmer from Minneapolis. Hunter told Brock that he would be the Next Big Thing. He shot to the top of the WWE where we knew he would be.

When Brock got challenged for the first time to find that little extra and fight, Brock quit. When it wasn’t so easy, Brock quit and went to the UFC. He took his talent and shot to the top of the UFC. When he got there, someone kicked his ass a little bit and when he tried to fight and wasn’t so easy, Brock quit.

Brock decided to come back to the WWE and he looked at John Cena and the ground is fertile to take care of him. Brock stepped in the ring with John Cena and gave every bit of that ass kicker but John never quit. John did what Brock never did and John looked inside and he fought and beat Brock Lesnar. Then Lesnar came out the next night, making ridiculous contractual demands only to be told no.

When he was told no, Brock did what Brock always did. Brock Lesnar quit. The fact is . . .

Brock’s music plays and out comes Paul Heyman and he is accompanied by a man with an envelope.

Paul says that he gets it and understands. It is the big spin and damage control. It is what every promoter has said when they lose their biggest star. Triple H lost his biggest star and now he thinks he is a businessman. Paul says that this is an open and shut case. His contract entered into a binding oral agreement with Hunter’s employee, John Laurinaitis. However, Hunter illegally ripped up that contract. Paul says that it is breach of contract.

Paul says that you bring a fighter into an entertainment company and you hate it when he wants to fight. Paul says that Hunter doesn’t get the importance of the situation, but he does get this.

Paul tells Hunter to consider himself served. Paul says that Brock is suing him for the millions of dollars that WWE owes him. Paul says that Brock is disappointed with what happened on a professional level, but he expected more from Triple H. Paul says that Brock got a corporate sycophant who has not lived up to the expectations. Paul tells Hunter that he will write a check to Brock Lesnar for millions of dollars with his right hand.

Hunter knocks the mic out of Paul’s hand and grabs him by the face.

Hunter backs away and he tells Paul to tell Brock that he is going to get everything that he deserves.

Paul tells Hunter that he screwed up again. Not only is there a breach of contract waiting for him, he is going to be sued for assault and battery. Paul tells Hunter he will see him in court.

Michael and Jerry talk about Paul Heyman’s maneuvering.

That means that they are losers because John is a loser. Cena lost to Rock at Wrestlemania. At Extreme Rules, Cena looked like a loser. Laurinaitis says that he is better than Rock and Brock and he will win on Sunday and prove everyone that they are losers.

Laurinaitis says that if there were not losers like you, there would not be winners like him.

Cena says that Laurinaitis has the gall to call himself a winner. At Wrestlemania, he did nothing and his team won. Cena says that he will give Laurinaitis that one. Laurinaitis wanted Punk removed as WWE Champion and Punk is still WWE Champion. His crowning glory was to bring in Brock Lesnar to beat Cena at Extreme Rules. Brock lost and quit. Cena says that Laurinaitis is one for four and that makes him a loser.

Cena gets very demonstrative with his ability to say the word loser.

Cena says at Over the Limit Laurinaitis is going to be a loser because in his backstabbing rise to power, he has managed to step on everyone. He stepped on every member of the WWE Universe tonight in the name of People Power. Cena tells Laurinaitis to change it to Person Power because the only person who matters to Laurinaitis is himself. Cena wants to know how many people want to punch Laurinaitis so hard that he still thinks he is starring in Gleaming the Cube.

Cena has another question. How many people want to beat him so bad that he squeals like a baby calf.

It shows that Laurinaitis has no concept of reality. Cena says that there is no better place for a wake up call than in Pittsburgh. Cena mentions the Steel Curtain and how it is a legion of men who decimate and hurt their opponents. That is what he will do at Over the Limit.

The second thing is the Penguins. Laurinaitis says that he was going to mention the Penguins later in his promo. Cena interrupts Laurinaitis and Laurinaitis starts to laugh. Cena wants to hear what Laurinaitis was going to say about the Penguins and Laurinaitis calls them losers.

Cena responds and he says that a few Penguins are in the crowd tonight. Cena says that they will enjoy this. Cena takes a puck out of his pocket and he tells Laurinaitis to go puck himself.

Laurinaitis says that those are tough words that he is saying. He tells Cena that he is Big Johnny. He is taller than Cena and better looking.

Cena takes it and he says that Laurinaitis can’t read. Cena says that it is from the WWE Board of Directors.

The match at Over the Limit will be one-on-one. There will be no special guest referee. There will be no one allowed at ringside. The only way to win is by pinfall or submission. Any superstar who interferes will be immediately terminated.

Cena says that if Laurinaitis loses the match, he will be terminated.

Cena stops his music because he is not done. He wants to hear the gigantic announcement that Michael Cole talked about.

Cena wants to know what the major announcement is. Laurinaitis slaps Cena and walks out of the ring.
