Note: In an update from the original post, several readers sent word that HHH was indeed wearing a brace of some sort on his arm.
Obviously, WWE will ignore the appearance, since it goes completely against the storyline they are trying to tell of HHH needing surgery because of a terrible injury. Wrestlers severely injured and in need of surgery don't fly across the country to make public appearances holding up title belts with the "BROKEN ARM."
