The Associated Press is reporting that the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlantat today ruled that there wasn't enough evidence to support a 2011 jury's decision to make Hustler Magazine pay almost $19.6 million to the family of Nancy Toffolini Benoit. The family asserted that they were printed without permission while Hustler claimed they were newsworthy. The court vacated the awards to the family.
