JOHN CENA 'INJURY UPDATE'

WWE reported that, "Following an MRI and a battery of tests on his left arm Monday, doctors confirmed that Cena has sustained multiple muscle strains but suffered no permanent structural damage."

As notes earlier today, Cena was selling the arm as part of the storyline of the Brock Lesnar bout at Extreme Rules.
