Ziggler is the best example I think. It should be noted that WWE isn't that lenient. In many cases, the company will be extremely angry when a talent goes and get a tattoo without clearing it with the company first, since they have invested time into marketing and promoting a certain look. One developmental talent was once cut at least partially due to his heat over getting tattoos without permission.
I have two questions regarding Wrestlemania VIII. First, I remember there being a "press conference" to announce who would face Ric Flair for the WWF Championship and Hulk Hogan was initially named which made Sid Justice visibly PO'ed. The actual main event at WM8 was Flair vs Savage with a co-main event match between Hogan & Justice. What was the storyline that lead to the change? Second, why didn't they go with Flair vs Hogan which would have been the ultimate dream match at the time and probably resulted in more PPV buys? To me, this has always seemed every bit as boneheaded as the WCW Invasion angle.
They never planned to go with Flair vs. Hogan. It was all storyline to go with Hogan vs. Sid Justice, using the press conference at the catalyst for Justice being jealous over Hogan getting the WWF title shot. When Justice turned, Hogan pulled out to get revenge and Savage slipped into the spot. Hogan vs. Flair wasn't the plan as believe it or not, their matches on the house show level did not draw well.
When is WWE Divas star Layla expected to return to the ring
She's already down in developmental working out ring rust, so I'd expect by the beginning of 2012.
Now that Karen Angle has be subsequently "fired" by Sting will there be another women stepping in to take charge of the Knockouts? Will Gail Kim take the post or are The Knockous free at last? Where does this leave Gail Kim without Karen Angle's influence? Same Knockotut time. Same Knockout channel.
Kim and Madison Rayne will continue to be the top heels in the division, but simply won't have Jarrett helping them.
Have you ever seen or heard of any wrestler, male or female, after winning their respected match do the move called Tebowing? The popular move made famous by NFL star quarterback of the Denver Broncos Tim Tebow. Its become an act of celebration. Have you ever seen such a thing happening in wrestling? What would happen if someone did Tebowing in WWE or TNA?
No but I am sure sooner or later, someone else will steal it for pro wrestling.
