UPDATE ON MARK 'HENRY GODWIN' CANTERBURY

Former WWF star Mark "Henry Godwin" Canterbury was trapped in his car for at least an hour earlier today after crashing it off a road. There was one report we've heard that he went off a cliff but there's no full confirmation on that. Once he was located, authorities used the jaws of life to remove him from the car and he was airlifted to the hospital.

Canterbury underwent the first of several surgeries tonight and had both his spleen and his appendix removed. When surgical doctors began operating, they observed a growth on his appendix and opted to remove it.

Canterbury broke one leg in three places and has a broken femur. He has suffered two punctured lungs and is believed to have broken close to a dozen ribs in the crash.

Canterbury has been somewhat responsive to his family, although he's obviously in bad shape. Please keep him and his family in your thoughts.
