On 9/6, TNA settled a lawsuit they brought against The Clarendon National Insurance Company over an alleged breach of contract and statutory violations of the Texas Insurance Code. The lawsuit stemmed from the 2008 lawsuit between TNA and former star Konnan. The lawsuit was filed this past February, as we had mentioned previously in our Elite section.
