Austin wrote Joe was, "one of my favorite workers in today's game. Needs a full green light push."
The sad irony there is that Joe's TNA deal had expired a few months back and WWE, although being aware of his free agent status, showed no interest in signing him. Joe eventually signed a new TNA deal.
As I mentioned at the time, I was completely amazed that WWE didn't snatch Joe up as he's always been a top-tier talent and talker. I'm glad to see Austin agreed with me.
