By Jason Saint on 2011-05-29 21:39:45
Saturday night, Cliff Compton (formerly WWE's Domino) put together a show with Ohio Valley Wrestling to raise money for the family of Trey Zwicker, a 14 year old homicide victim who was found only a few weeks ago. Here's a few links of the various news outlets that were in attendance to cover the event.

Trey's favorite wrestler was Cliff Compton, so Cliff paid tribute to him by putting the show together in his honor. Every wrestler on the show put fourth their best efforts to entertain the family and friends of Trey, including his father, who was presented with a check of $2,000. According to Terry Zwicker, Trey's father, the money would be going toward a tombstone for his son.

Following the six-man main event which featured Kharn Alexander, Muhamad Ali Vaez, and Ryan Howe (Skidmarks from Tough Enough) against Cliff Compton, Paredyse, and Jamin Olivencia, Compton took the mic and personally thanked everyone for coming out, even taking pictures with Trey's family and friends.

Personally speaking, the show was incredible. It was awesome to see the tribute to Trey, and you could tell his family truly appreciated it. Members of his family were in tears as they watched, because Trey would have absolutely loved the show. He loved pro wrestling, and this was a huge moment for the community, as well as Trey's family. It was good to see the boys get together to put a smile on everyone's face in an otherwise horrible situation.
