Upon realizing he missed a date in traffic court on the charges of driving without a license and operating an unregistered vehicle, Neidhart went and "turned himself in" to make a desk appearance.
Neidhart paid the surety bonds and was released. He was in not point incarcerated or taken into police custody. The address listed on the police report is the Hillsborough County jail, not a location where Neidhart was pulled over.
