In speaking to a few people that worked for WWE during the time period Lesnar left the company, they weren't happy to hear of Lesnar getting a big offer to walk back in and get a payday on the biggest day of WWE's calendar after he "crapped on the business" by walking out after being built up as a huge star, but I suspect that if it happens, it'll be big business and that's the bottom line in a situation like this.
Lesnar's loss last night was being attributed to the moment where Cain Velasquez nailed Lesnar in the face with an elbow while being muscled against the Octagon. The shot busted Lesnar open and knocked his equilibrium off, leading to the end.
Paul Heyman was extremely complimentary to Velasquez on his victory, commenting via twitter, "My most sincere congratulations to a great champion in Cain Velasquez! Cain was awesome, and I want my children to grow up respecting that. I want my kids to grow up respecting a performance like Cain's victory, not resenting it. That's the "real sports" biz ... You win AND you lose."
