TALENT REACTION TO NO MIDDLE EAST TOUR, CHANGES TO THE FABRIC OF SMACKDOWN, BIG SHOW, NEXUS AND MORE WWE NEWS

There was a big relief among the wrestlers at the taping last night as word spread there would be no trip to Iraq this year.  The wrestlers don't mind the actual body of work they do during the trip but flying back and forth on the cargo plane with the ring is usually one of the most dreaded trips of the year.  There was a lot of excitement about doing the Tribute to the Troops show domestically, which is something WWE is working with the USO on to arrange.

If you didn't like the Raw-esque feel to Smackdown last night, well, you might have to get used to it, as they plan on amping up the "entertainment" aspects of the show now that it's back on the "same level" as Raw.

The Nexus are a big piece of the commercial advertising Raw's taping in Louisville, KY this December, while WWE has just released new t-shirts and a Nexus logo Hoodie, so keep all that in mind for tomorrow's stipulation bout between John Cena and Wade Barrett.

The Undertaker is on the cover of the new issue of WWE Magazine, which makes sense since it's Halloween season. If you haven't seen the magazine in a long time, it's pretty well put together and they do a nice job of integrating the storylines without insulting your intelligence as a reader. TVSquad.com featured an interview with Big Show today, discussing physical comedy, Knucklehead, kissing another man in MacGruber and more, which you can check out by clicking here.

ESPN.com featured comments from basketball star Enes Kanter, noting he loves pro wrestling and would love to go into that world one day, which you can read at this link.
