Thanks to Larry Goodman for the following. ... Great Championship Wrestling (promotion Swinger works for all the time in Georgia) posted that he will be make his return to TNA at Hardcore Justice: The Last Stand.
Swinger was a regular part of ECW in it's final years, most notably as a tag team partner for Simon Diamond, who now works for TNA as an agent under his real name of Pat Kenney (and was part of the initial angle launching the storyline on Impact). Swinger had also made appearances for TNA during their early years in Tennessee.
