JERICHO BEATING UNDERTAKER, STAGNANT MAIN EVENT FOR SURVIVOR SERIES, THE NEXT WAVE OF CHAMPIONS IN WWE AND MORE

By Dave Scherer on 2009-11-09 10:00:00

With this storyline their doing with Kofi and dropping his accent as well as having him feud with Randy Orton do you think that it is possible that they might be giving Kofi a push?

Not just possible, extremely likely.  It seems pretty clear WWE plans to push Kofi.

I see Jericho taking the title from Undertaker in Survivor Series and have him holding it un til Wrestlemania? But if this does happen who do you think will take it from him? My guess is Edge seeing that he does heal properly of course?

The plan was to do a feud with Edge, in some shape of form, when Edge was injured.  I believe that is still in place when Edge returns.  At this point, I don't see Jericho taking the title because I don't know why they put it on Undertaker to begin with.  He is obviously not at 100% yet but they chose to give him the belt so I think that they want him to be champion and he will retain it at the PPV.  Otherwise, there is no reason to put it on him in the first place.

Survivor Series 2009 Triple Threat Cena vs. HHH vs. HBK what gives? Another title main event with Cena ? I hope HBK takes the title and stays away from Cena hopefully HHH turns heel and starts another feud with HBK what do you think ?

I agree, Cena at the top of the card over and over again has gotten really old.  When you look at the recent PPV buyrates, I think it's pretty clear that fans are tired of seeing the same matches repeatedly and a decent number of them are no longer buying shows.  I don't know if WWE is ready to break up DX yet (due to the merchandise that they sell) but a feud between them would be better than seeing Cena vs. Orton for the 800th time.  I think a better way to use the three men however is by pairing them up with younger guys and trying to get them over and elevate some younger guys.  It seemed as if they were doing that with and Legacy, but once again creative dropped the ball on it.  Sooner or later, Vince McMahon had better realize that if he doesn't elevate more younger guys, buyrates will continue to drop.

With TNA signing Nigel McGuinness do you think that WWE will pressure Bryan Danielson to sign with them or will TNA go for the kill and take both of them ?

WWE chose to pull Nigel's offer because of health concerns they found.  That is not the case with Danielson.

With the WWE's lack of having new " stars" who do you see on the roster that is possible of becoming the next WWE or World Champion ?

There are a lot of guys they could pull the trigger on but unless they build them up better in the eyes of the fans, it won't work.  They need to make the guys stronger before they push them in a main event.  I like what I have seen out of Kofi Kingston since he dropped his accent and became a real person.  I think Jack Swagger has a lot of potential too.  Drew McIntyre could also be a sleeper.  The key is with for whoever WWE choose to get behind, they have to give them a real chance to succeed.
