PROMOTION BEGINS FOR NEXT DWAYNE JOHNSON FILM, VH-1 TO FEATURE 'WRESTLING BOUT' MONDAY, UPDATE ON NEW YORK'S PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING HALL AND MUSEUM & MORE

Promotion has already started for the Dwayne Johnson animated film "Planet 51" as there are trailers playing for it in theaters and marketing material was shipped over the last two weeks for theaters - cardboard stand-ups of characters in the film and posters.  In the film, Johnson voices an astronaut from Earth who lands on a planet to discover its already populated.   You can check out the film's official website at www.planet51.com.  For those of you who are fans of the "Aliens" films, you'll get a kick out of the trailer.

The Amsterdam, NY-based Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum issued the following announcement....Please join us on September 19 for the "Meet, Greet and Eat with Wrestling Legends" event at the Regency House Hotel (Rt. 23 North) in Pompton Plains, New Jersey. Attending this year's dinner will be legendary ring announcer Howard Finkel, Domenic Denucci, Angelo Savoldi, Stacey “the Kat” Carter, JJ Dillon, Pete Sanchez, Irish Terry Gunn, Davey O’Hannon, "Doink" Ray Appollo, Hillbilly Cousin Luke, Referees Dick Whoerle and Billy Caputo, Johnny Rodz, and Dawn Marie.
