I am part of the reason that AEW’s ratings are going down.  With the focus on The Young Bucks and Jack Perry, I refuse to watch the show.  Do you think that there are more people like me who have stopped watching for that reason?

I think that is definitely one of the reasons.  Those three men have GO AWAY heat from a lot of fans and them being on TV, as you would expect, is forcing some AEW fans to go away.  I also think part of the drop is due to Sting’s retirement.  The people that were watching just to see Sting don’t have to do that anymore and I think at least a chunk of them have bailed on AEW.  As I always say, if they improve the booking, things could pick up but even if they start doing it today it won’t happen overnight.

What has happened to Dax? Is he towing the company line? Does he think his Twitter antics are getting FTR over? He seems like a guy who is going from a darling of the internet to a punchline, quickly.

I don’t know the guy so I can’t speak to his motives but from the outside looking in, it sure does seem like he is doing whatever he thinks he needs to do to make his boss happy.  If he means what he is saying, even though I think anyone that can’t see Tony Khan’s obvious faults is a bit goofy at best, fine.  But if he is saying those things just to suck up to the boss and keep the paycheck rolling in?  That would just be sad.  But, he has to feed his family, I don’t.

We all ask a lot of AEW questions for obvious reasons, but here is a WWE question. They are clearly firing on all cylinders right now, how do they keep that momentum going? The tip top guys are part-time, not every quarter is the road to Wrestlemania, so how do you keep a company as hot as what they are long term knowing all of the things above?

First off, the only tip top guy left that isn’t largely full time is Roman Reigns, and that has been the case for a while now.  I think it’s pretty easy to keep things rolling, especially when you consider how many people that they have that can be in main events now.  So to me, you pick the big four shows to super build to, with WrestleMania being the biggest one obviously.  With the secondary PPVs, you tell logical stories that progress things to the bigger events and deliver a strong event.  Paul Levesque did this very well in NXT when he was building to Takeovers.  I think he will do it the same way on the main roster.

My favorite ex-wife had diverticulitis and was sick and recovering for a long time.  What's Kenny Omega's status?  Is he cleared?  I'd hate to see someone get really messed up over an angle.

I am not sure if Kenny is cleared to wrestle or not but I think everyone involved knows how seriously he was ailing.  While Tony Khan doesn’t mind letting “healthy” wrestlers do really stupid things (looking at you Darby Allin), I think even he would not let Kenny wrestle until he is back to 100 percent.

With the upcoming WWE TV rights contract shifting to Netflix, will Raw be broadcast live all over the United States or will it continue having an East Coast and West Coast feed?  Also, will it be available just like a regular Netflix program for replay after broadcast or will it move to the Peacock app?

My guess is that Netflix will make it live everywhere when it airs.  I would hope that they would let people start from the beginning since they can make sure we can see the ads that they put on the show.
