Jeremy Borash announced that a limo with Connecticut license plates has arrived at the building.

TNA’s Turning Point PPV opened with a video feature with the idea that Randy Savage came back to wrestling to help stop the Kings of Wrestling from destroying all the young stars of TNA who were trying to make a name for themselves. Comments from Savage, Jeff Hardy, and AJ Styles were interspersed with footage of The Kings of Wrestling dressed like Elvis, complete with wigs, mocking the TNA stars.

Mike Tenay and Don West welcomed everyone to the show and previewed tonight’s lineup.

They went outside where the limo from Conneticut was. It turned out to be a vignette where two guys playing parodies of Vince McMahon and Triple H, shown from behind and from the side without ever showing their faces, got out of the limo. McMahon got off the line, “I can’t believe you married into my family” when H spit the water into the air. H had a sledgehammer as well.

Abyss tried to give them balloons as a takeoff of the Universal Studios incident. H confronted him, but backed down and ran off.

Kash and Shane pulled Dutt into the corner and held him exposed by pulling his arms out, leaving him open for a Kazarian dropkick to the chest. Kash hit a running slam into the corner on Dutt, holding his bad arm in a hammerlock. Dutt started to fire back with right hands but Michael Shane cut him off. He tripped up Dutt and continued to work on the arm. Dutt finally broke free and crawled across the ring and finally tagged in Garza.

TNA X-Division champion Petey Williams vs. Chris Sabin

Before the match, Mike Tenay noted that Sabin seems to have a counter for the Canadian Destroyer. Is it me or did they do something to the feed to make this match look different? I am thinking it was done to differentiate the X-Division. It’s like watching footage on a digital screen. Whatever it is, it’s giving me a headache.
