WHAT VINCE WANTS FOR HIS HEELS, CARE FOR FLAIR, TIMING MATCHES AND MORE

I have heard that the Undertaker was the main leader of the locker room among the wrestlers (for good reason) but with his retirement, is there anyone who has more or less "taken his place" as said leader?

No one has replaced him to the degree he was a leader.  He came from the old school and earned his spot over time.  Now with the new era, things are different backstage.  There are still leaders and people that discipline the guys that get out of line, but no one has assumed the presence that Taker had, and that is completely understandable.

Who determines how long a match is supposed to last?  Also,  if a match is supposed to go 10 minutes,  does the referee make sure the match doesn't last longer than that - because I never see him wearing a watch or anything,  or is that the wrestlers job?

Those decisions are made by management.  Cues are communicated to the ring via the earpiece that the referee is wearing.

All day Monday, before Raw, Ric Flair and his medical issues were all over the news; no one could not have known about it. Yet not a word was spoken about it on the show, no show of support, no mention of it whatsoever. Don't you find that curious? I mean even if they just made a slight mention of it and just said that everyone was pulling for him? It just didn't sit right with me, and I wonder if it was just me.

I don’t find it curious at all.  There was a VERY real concern that Flair wouldn’t make it through the evening.  He wasn’t going in for a routine surgery.  It was life and death, which was why they flew Charlotte home.  They chose to wait and see what would happen.  I can tell you that they did have packages ready to go for Flair had the worst happened.  Thank God that wasn’t the case.

I saw Cornette's comments regarding Foley and Joey Ryan and I have to ask "what is Cornette's problem". I am not a fan of Joey Ryan, by any means, but Mick has done a lot stupider things in his career than being flipped by some guys dick. I mean does Jim really that that move is more shameful than Owen Hart and Mick Foley having a hardcore match with popcorn and soda lids in the biggest wrestling company in the world.

I have two views here.  I agree with Jim that the weiner slam is ridiculous.  If it happened in the moment, once, I could see the humor.  It was spontaneous.  But when you think about it, it makes no sense at all.  So I am with Jim in that I don’t like it.  With that said, I would have never called out Foley for being a party to it.  I wouldn’t have seen any need to do that.

I understand how a face such as Daniel Bryan or New Day gets over, but how does a heel like Jinder or Miz get over? Get the crowd to boo them out of the stadium?

In Vince McMahon’s perfect world, that would be great.  On last week’s Raw, the crowd going after Big Cass was music to Vince’s ears.
