As has been reported earlier in the Elite section of the site, John Cena is advertised for all RAW TVs starting the night after SummerSlam leading up to the No Mercy PPV on 9/24.
The only RAW he will be missing is 9/18 (go home to No Mercy) as he will be with the Smackdown brand in China the night before.
