The saga of "Will Brock Lesnar go back to UFC when his WWE contract expires" heated up yesterday when he was asked about a potential fight with Jon Jones. Jones is fighting Daniel Cormier in Washington DC for UFC this weekend. In promoting that fight he was asked about taking on Lesnar and he said he would love to, but didn't think that Lesnar would ever agree to fight him.
Lesnar was then contacted by The Associated Press yesterday and said, "Would I fight Jon Jones? Anytime, anywhere. Right now he should be worried about D.C. on Saturday night."
Lesnar's contract with WWE expires next spring and there has been a lot of talk that he is serious about returning to UFC. Of course, there has also been a lot of talk that he will use UFC and WWE to bid against each other for his services, as he did a few years ago.
