We open with the panel, Renee Young, Jerry Lawler, David Otunga and Sam Roberts.

The first match that they really talk about is John Jack Cena vs. Rusev in a Flag Match.  John Jack did an "I am ready" promo.  I think this may be the first time in my life I am rooting for Bulgaria.

His promo set off a deuling Cena chant.  They are live early.  Go Philly.

Sam Roberts just said that Cena is just like the Rock and he doesn't compete on every show any more.  Well he didn't mention the Rock part.  Everyone on the panel except Otunga said Cena would win.  Then the Canadian Young chanted USA at him.  I can't make this up.

We got a hard Network for free sell early.  Hmm, do they report second quarter numbers this week?

Man, the fans right behind the announce position are trying to hijack the pre-game show.  Carmella heeled them.

Your pre-show match saw Aiden English take on Tye Dillenger.  Conventional wisdom was the new guy should win, so of course the opposite happened.  If it's to push English and give him a feud with Tye?  Good, I like English.  They have saddled him with two eh gimmicks.  If it was to show that Tye and English are pre-show guys 4Life?  I hate it.  Their match was good but when Aiden won, it was clear the Philly crowd was like what did I just see here.

The final push for the main event was pretty good.

I love that we still get the "Your ass better not be stealing PPV" warnings before the show.

We are opening with New Day vs. Use and Use.  This show has had a real "pro USA" feel.  New Day is wearing stars and stripes.  Those stinking commies the Usos are wearing, well not stars and stripes. They are wearing commie camo.  X Woods and Kofi are the two in the ring.  Usos better win if Big E is not working.  They are laying the Day One Ish on Xavier's candy ass.  Like heavy duty.  X is taking a beating.

They are makingh it easy.  Jimmy is wearing a sweatshirt so we can tell them apart.  They are still Use and Use to me.  Crowd is chearing for New Day.  Jey went for a superplex but X fought back.  Headbutt and down goes Use. X went for a dropkick and hit it.  Hot tag to Kofi.  Jimmy in as well.  He is taking them both out.  Kofi tagged X but Use kicked him before he came in and they caught Kofi off the top and powerbombed him on the floor.  X came over and they nailed him too.  Jimmy tossed in X and them came off the top but X got away and face crushed him for a two.  X went for the honor roll but got caught.  I got some net or network issues and it went down on me.  I saw X get nailed with a Samoan Drop by kick out at two.  Kofi is still down on the floor.

X made it to the corner but Kofi wasn't there.  Jimmy locked on a leg submission by X made the ropes.  Kofi came up out of nowhere and hit Midnight Hour and got a two.  Kofi came in with a Springboard but got nailed with a kick.  Superfly splash.  Two count only.  Crowd is loving it and with good reason.  Jimmy missed a splash and Kofi hit Trouble.  X hit the big elbow frome the top for the pin.

Excellent match.  If New Day was going to win, Xavier needed to score the fall since he was the star of the match for his team.  I like that they showed that he matters and that the team can win with Big E on the floor.  Good start.

New Day was happy after, Use and Use, not so much.

Shinsuke Nakamura is out for his match.  The best part of the entrance was him doing his fast pose with the crowd and an older woman in the front row looked scared to death.  Philly likes him.

They had some physicality, along with some mind games, early on.  Just after I said mind games here, Tom Phillips said it on TV.  I have been doing this a long time.  Anyway, Corbin got the advantage after playing cat and mouse.  He worked him over in the ring then took him to the floor, where he rammed him into the barricade.  Crowd is not happy.  Finally Nakamura hit a spin kick.  He then laid kicks in on Corbin.  He got him in the corner and went to work.  Corbin got some chants from the fans but it didn't help.  Then Corbin showed some amazing speed and got a clothesline out of nowhere.

Corbin set up Nakamura but he got out and nailed some big knees.  He set him up for Kinshasa but ran into Deep Six.  Two count only.  Both men are down.

Corbin got up first but Shinsuke was up next.  They threw hands.  Nakamura hit a back cracker and then some big kicks.  He set up and went for Kinshasa but Corbin just laid on the mat so he couldn't do it.  He went to get Corbin up but got nailed with a nut shot for the DQ.  The crowd booed.  I don't blame them.  It was a lame finish.  They had a good, physical match.  I expect round two at SummerSlam.

Oh yeah for sure.  After Corbin pretended to leave, he came back and hit Shinsuke with the suitcase and then hit End of Days.  This is not over.

The Fatal Five Way between Charlotte, Natalya, Lana, Tamina and Becky is next.  The winner gets a Title match at SummerSlam.  Naomi is coming out to watch.  Becky is out first, then Tamina, then Natalya, then Lana, then the Queen.  It is a demolition derby from the start.  Rich has his hands full doing coverage.

First big spot was Lana taking out Becky on the desk and then pulling out Natty.  Charlotte came in but her and Tamina worked her over.  Lana got a two, with help from Tamina.  Finally Becky came in and evened the sides.
