WWE's Daniel Bryan, in commenting on Cody Rhodes winning the ROH championship last night at the ROH Best in the World PPV, insinutated that should Rhodes still be the champion in September 2018, he may be challenging for the belt. Of course, Bryan, when he wrestled under his real name of Bryan Danielson, was a former ROH champion. Bryan has recently stated that he is working on a return to the ring after being retired by WWE over health concerns related to concussions. It is believed that if and when his current WWE deal expires, Bryan will look into a return to the ring. Now, it appears we have a time frame as to when that may be.
Bryan tweeted the following:
Congratulations! Being @ringofhonor champ for 462 days transformed me as a wrestler and was one of the best times in my career. Enjoy it! https://t.co/alSLGCeNcX

Side note, if you hold the @ringofhonor title 462 days I may have to come after you, which would be 9/28/18. Be forewarned! #FinalCountdown https://t.co/alSLGCeNcX
