MORE ON SUPER CRAZY INJURY

By Brandon Reed on 2017-05-29 18:57:00

Super Crazy took a pretty nasty bump at AIW's Back to the Future Cup student show this past Saturday afternoon when the bottom rope broke on a moonsault attempt during a triple threat match with Little Guido and Steve Pain. The room was instantly quiet and he was clearly upset and seemed to be clutching at the back of his head and neck. They went straight to the finish afterwards. The remainder of the show continued with no bottom rope but was fixed shortly after during a recording of Colt Cabana's Art of Wrestling podcast.

Super Crazy was seen wearing a neck brace later that day and addressed the crowd that night to name Laredo Kid as his replacement in the second round of the JT Lightning Invitational Tournament, which aside from the scary moment with Crazy, was an incredibly fun weekend of wrestling.
