No, most major film studios take out insurance on their projects so if something goes wrong, they are covered. Part of that is that the actors have to be covered, which requires them to agree to not do anything that could put the production in danger. Therefore, no bumps!

Nothing yet, but I am sure that is something Impact is working on as they head into the July PPV.

I believe it will happen at some point, but WWE isn't going to rush into it. My guess is that if it happens, it's next year's Wrestlemania.
