Former IWGP Junior Heavyweight champion KUSHIDA just captured the ROH TV championship, defeating Marty Scurll in Philadelphia, PA.
As we have noted in the past in Elite audio, there has long been talk of KUSHIDA getting a big push within ROH and this appears to be it.
