Big Blondes LLC, the company that owns the trademark for "Hogan's Beach" in Florida, applied to file a trademark on the name "Thunderlips" on 3/13.
Thunderlips, of course, was the character that Hulk Hogan portrayed in Rocky 3, an appearance that kicked off the initial Hulkamania craze.
The trademark was specifically applied for a character that would provide services as a professional wrestler.
