Kevin Matthews, who debuted over the course of the last set of Impact Wrestling TV Tapings, announced on his Facebook page that he has inked a two year deal with the company.
Matthews wrote, "Gonna let the cat out of the bag here. Extremely happy to announce I have signed a two year contract with Impact Wresting. Thank you to everyone. See you on POPtv!"
Matthews was formerly with WWE under a developmental deal as part of Deep South Wrestling and in recent years has been an important part of the WrestlePro promotion in the New York City/New Jersey area.
