The Rock took to his Twitter to comment on the response he's received after calling CM Punk from inside the ring during a post-Raw dark segment while riling up fans in Los Angeles for the filming of scenes for WWE Studios' "Fighting With My Family", writing:
I work off instinct, always listen to the people and try to give em something special. Huge positive feedback from @WWE Universe. Fun night https://t.co/4AZFOMFqPw

Rock did not comment on how WWE itself reacted to the segment. As PWInsider.com broke Monday evening, WWE officials were not at all happy about Rock taking his promo in that direction. WWE and Punk remain at odds, to say the least.
