Were you surprised WWE had a video package on Jimmy Snuka with the alleged murder charge in the news?

Given their association with The Rock and the family, I can’t say I was surprised.  But I really think it was in poor taste given the fact that a murder charge was hanging over Snuka’s head until it was dismissed a few weeks ago (for obvious reasons).  I think they should have stopped after the in memoriam graphic.  I get that Snuka meant a lot to the company and all, but it doesn’t change the fact that he was facing a murder charge.  You don’t celebrate that.

Why does Vince insist on pushing Roman Reigns as a babyface?

For one thing, he markets to kids 14 and under.  For another, it’s his vision and his product and he will push it as he sees fit.  Personally, I agree with him.  I think that people that are booing Reigns now are the “late to the party” types and really haven’t had a legitimate thing to complain about where Reigns’ push is concerned for a while (as long as Reigns doesn’t beat Kevin Owens this weekend).  So if I were Vince, I would never cater to them.  Hell, they may even cheer him if Vince turned him just to keep messing up the show.  Frankly, I loved that the fans on Raw were drowning out the boobirds by the end of the show.  Reigns works really hard and loses matches.  He isn’t Cena Jr.  People booing him need to realize that.

Have the WWE forgotten how to count?? First they show a RR video of the FIRST RR...in 1988. Then they talk about the 30th anniversary??  Uhh..hello WWE? 1988 - 2017 is 29 years, NOT 30!

They have done that with WrestleMania too.  At least they are consistent in their inability to understand math!

In interviews, I've often heard Shane & Stephanie refer to their father as "Vince". Is this a way of differentiating between the character and the man or is it something else?

Only they know for sure.  I have heard of them refer to him both as Vince and Dad.  It does seem like it’s Vince more than Dad though.

We saw at the UK tournament how good Michael Cole can be when allowed to call matches straight up, as opposed to him having to focus on all the other extracurricular stuff when calling other WWE shows.   Was the UK tournament the best announcing from Cole we've seen in years?

It depends on how you look at it.  From his boss’ perspective his calls are great every week because he is doing what Vince wants him to do.  From an actual match calling, traditional perspective, it was because he was free to do what he is really good at doing.  Give him the chance and he can do great work calling matches.
