The announcement that Wrestlemania 34 was coming to New Orleans got a big reaction last night. Even though it was announced locally, a lot of people sitting around me were really surprised.
Before they went on the air, two matches were taped for Main Event -
*The Shining Stars beat Darren Young (with Bob Backlund) and Sin Cara.
*In a Cruiserweight match, Brian Kendrick pinned Mustafa Ali.
After Raw went off the air, Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens were cutting a promo and celebrating when The Undertaker came out. They mocked Undertaker, including Owens mocking his age, but in the end they both were caught and nailed with chokeslams to send everyone home happy.
No other appearance from Shawn Michaels. I thought for sure he was going to come out after and do some superkicks to help Undertaker as the big farewell segment.
