The family of Elijah "Drax Shadow" Mainville, the young boy with stage-four neuroblastoma who was "signed" to a WWE contract in 2015 during a special in-ring ceremony during a Raw taping, announced last night that he has passed away following a six year battle with the disease.Mainville had entered hospice a few days ago.
Mainville's family has launched a GoFundMe for help with his impending funeral costs, which you can contribute to by clicking here. A number of current and former WWE personalities have been lending their support to the campaign publicly and privately.
