NAKAMURA TEAMS WITH DILLINGER: 12/15 WWE NXT IN RIVERSIDE, FL LIVE REPORT

By Eddie Alvarado & Eddie Quiro on 2016-12-16 08:41:00

Below is our report from NXT Riverside:

Huge Shinsuke Nakamura chant before the show started.

Video of Roman Reigns got a ton of boos.

AJ Styles chant broke out.

Bayley vs. Sasha Banks  from Takeover: Brooklyn won the pre-show classic match voting.

No Way Jose beat Riddick Moss In a decent opener pretty much a showcase for Jose. Fun

Liv Morgan pinned Aaliyah good bunch of near falls in the beginning looks like they've watched a lot of Lance storm vs Jerry Lynn matches. They both made me a fan tonight

Patrick Clark beat Tino Sabatali in a good match I think both of these guys will be stars in the future

Wesley Blake came out after the match and cut a promo running down riverside, and the crowd. Challenged Patrick Clark to the Beautiful Blake Challenge which became an impromptu match which Clark won with a super kick in 3 minutes

Asuka beat Ember Moon in a great match, these two worked well together, if this is where the women's division is headed we are in for some great matches.

DIY vs. The Revival match started with a big PWG chant, great back and forth match ending with DIY retaining the titles via submission

Elias Sampson vs. Oney Lorcan, Sampson was nearly booed out of the building trying to sing a song before the match, decent comedy match. Sampson won with his feet on the ropes.

Samoa Joe came out and said William Regal and the doctors wouldn't let him wrestle so the main event is Shinsuke Nakamura and Tye Dillinger vs. Andrade Cien Almas and Bobby Roode crowd went bananas for 3 out of the 4 entrances. Great back and forth match. Samoa Joe got ejected from ringside after interfering by pulling Nakamura off the apron. Match ended with Nakamura hitting the Kinshasa on Cien Almas.

Great card, had a blast they couldn't have picked a more better more intimate building. There had to be some other elites in attendance because I heard someone yell "No heat" during one of the matches.
