WWE MAIN EVENT REPORT: RAW HIGHLIGHTS, BO DALLAS VERSUS SIN CARA, AND DARREN YOUNG VERSUS JINDER MAHAL

We are in Austin, Texas and your announcers are Tom Phillips and Byron Saxton.

Match Number One:  Darren Young (with Bob Backlund) versus Jinder Mahal

Mahal with a waist lock and cravate.  Young with a reversal into an arm bar and he slams the arm into the mat.  Young with an arm bar.  Mahal gets to the ropes and Mahal gets to the apron.  Mahal with a top wrist lock but Young with a side head lock and take down.  Young with a hammer lock but Mahal with an elbow.  Young with arm drags and an arm bar.  Young does a back bump onto the arm.  Young with a hammer lock and Mahal gets to the ropes.

Mahal stays in the ropes and the referee has to hold Young back.  Mahal with a kick and then he clips the left knee.  Mahal with a spinning toe hold.  Mahal with an elbow drop to the leg.  Mahal with a kick to Young’s head but Young kicks back.  Mahal with a dragon screw leg whip.  Mahal with a seated splash onto the leg.  Mahal with another seated splash to the leg but when he goes for a third one, Young blocks it and he sends Mahal over the top rope to the floor.

Young with an overhead belly-to-belly throw.  Young with a second one and Mahal goes to the apron.  Young follows and he hits a back drop driver onto the apron.  Young goes for Gut Check but Mahal gets to his feet.  Young with a sunset flip for a near fall.  Mahal misses a splash into the corner and Young hits Gut Check and gets the three count.

Winner:  Darren Young

We go to commercial.

We are back with a look at Charlotte Flair’s apology to her father and how it was simply a ruse to get Charlotte to yell at her father.

We are back with a look at the number one contenders match for the tag titles that led to a Triple Threat Match on Monday night.

Match Number Two:  Bo Dallas versus Sin Cara

Cara with a rollup for a near fall.  Bo with an elbow but Cara with a forearm and a suicide dive.  Cara kicks Bo and sends him back into the ring.  Bo goes to the apron on the other side of the ring and he drops Cara on the top rope.  Bo with knee drops to the head followed by a reverse chin lock.  Cara with a punch but Bo with a back elbow and slam.  Bo with a back elbow to the head and he connects with a second one.  Cara ducks a third attempt and he kicks and chops Bo and follows with a slam.

Cara with a quebrada but he lands on Bo’s knees.  Cara sends a charging Bo into the middle rope and Bo falls to the floor as we go to commercial.

We are back and Bo with an elbow but Cara with a modified Olympic Slam for a near fall.  Cara kicks Bo in the leg and then he chops Dallas.  Bo with an Irish whip and Cara goes to the apron and connects with a shoulder.  Cara tries to suplex Bo to the floor but Bo blocks it and he punches Cara and Bo hits a hanging swinging neck breaker for a near fall. 

Bo sends Cara into the turnbuckles and punches Cara.  Bo with a belly-to-back suplex for a near fall.  Cara backs Bo into the corner and punches Bo and hits an enzuigiri and follows with an arm wringer that gets Bo tied up in the ropes.  Cara with a springboard cross body followed by a springboard back elbow.  Cara with a quebrada for a near fall.  Cara with a boot to the chest and he goes up top but Bo stops Cara.

Bo sets for a superplex but Cara gets Bo on his shoulders for a Super Finlay Slam for a near fall.  Cara with knees while Bo is in the ropes.  Cara tries to bring Bo back into the ring, but Bo counters into a rollup for the three count.

Winner:  Bo Dallas
