WWE NETWORK TO AIR 'RAW TALK' FOLLOWING PPV, RYBACK-WWE TRADEMARK UPDATES AND MORE

By Steven Fernandes on 2016-10-24 21:58:00

WWE announced during Raw that Charlotte would be appearing on ESPN Sportscenter this Wednesday to discuss the Hell in A Cell PPV.

In a broadcast that will likely be similar to "Talking Smack", the WWE Network will broadcast "RAW Talk: Hell in a Cell" immediately following the PPV this Sunday.

Ryback registered to trademark "Feed Me More" on August 1st for wrestling use. On 10/22, the USPTO suspended any action on the registration as WWE registered a trademark for "Feed Me More" also for wrestling use in January earlier this year. So, until WWE's trademark is registered or abandoned, nothing can be done with Ryback's application due to the fact that it may cause confusion with WWE's trademark if WWE successfully gets it registered.   What is interesting about WWE's trademark application is that it was suspended last month because it would have caused confusion with another "Feed Me More" trademark registered by Ryback for clothing use in July 2015. So unless the clothing trademark is registered or abandoned, no action will be done with WWE's registration.   The clothing trademark by Ryback is in the "Statement of Use" phase which he has to file before the trademark can be registered if the SOU is accepted. Ryback had till 10/5 to file an SOU but he requested an extension last month.
