ADR/PAIGE VS. CENA/NIKKI, WHY RAW PUSHES SMACKDOWN, TOO MUCH SUPERMAN PUNCH AND MORE

So WWE knew that Alberto Del Rio and Paige are in a relationship and decides to put them on separate rosters, but John Cena and Nikki Bella end up on the same roster. Coincidence or perks of being the top dog?

Sure, that is part of it.  Another part is that they are both stars of Total Bellas.  Plus, after the incident that ADR and Paige had in Las Vegas, it’s fair to say that the company had concerns about them as a couple.  Them being put on separate shows wasn’t an accident.

Is it just me, or has Roman Reign's Superman Punch become the Young Bucks Super kick of the WWE? I like Roman, and the move looks cool, but he seems to be over using it to death these days. Last night on Raw, for example, I lost count after the fifth time I saw it.

I can definitely see how you can say it has become overused.  When a move  gets used a lot like that, it seems more a transition spot than a finisher.

Why hasn't any wrestling promotion invested money into making safer wrestling rings, especially making the mats more comfortable?  I've walked on the wrestling mats at the local high school before and they seem to be better to land on than a professional wrestling ring (which appears to be composed of several wood boards and a thin foam mat that's covered in numerous layers of canvas)?

The softer you make a mat, the harder it is to work on.  Talent has to move to deliver fast-paced, impactful matches and a spongier surface makes that harder.

Raw this week had the big screen highlighting that Smackdown’s PPV Backlash was only 2 weeks away. Would it not make sense for them to advertise The clash PPV is only 4 weeks as this is a RAW PPV? It in my opinion would help keep the brands more separate to not be advertising each others events.

But you have to remember, while the brands are separate they are both owned by WWE.  WWE wants to sell The Network so I have no problem with both shows pushing the other brand since they are part of the same larger company.

What is the point of Raw and SmackDown (Live) each having a GM if each show's respective "Commissioner" is going to be there every week as well?

Damn good question.  Wish I had an answer.  All I can think of it is gives two characters to the show instead of one.
