I am looking for the NJPW World streaming service, All I can find is the Japanese website. Can you tell me if theirs a “ English “ website for i can sign up to watch New Japan? and for I can sub as well?
If you go to www.NJPWWorld.com, at the top of the page is an option to translate the site to English. That is how I signed up.
Does it bother you when you watch ecw on wwe network or wwe dvds- they dub over the original music? Even though you understand why they do it, as an original ecw fan isn't hard to watch without the original music? Most fans I've spoken too think it's a turnoff.
It doesn't bother me because honestly, I don't watch any of the old ECW material. I've seen just about everything ever released by the promotion and don't need to go back to re-live it. I am happy it is out there for others to discover it and hope that the music changes don't hurt the viewing experience too much. I don't personally care for the overdubbing of the music but given the cost that WWE would have to invest in order to get all of the musical clearances, I understand why they do it. It's a necessary evil if they want to monetize the ECW library.
Do you know when the WWE will release more episodes of Holy Foley??
As of now, only the five episodes released have been produced.
Also have you heard if they'll be doing another Legends House or any other reality-based show?? If they do another Legends House, which Legends do you think they'll use?? I'd like to see Animal, Honky Tonk Man, Ric Flair, Brutus Beefcake, Jake Roberts, Scott Hall, and Virgil. Do you see any of the original cast members like Pat Patterson returning?
There has been a pitch to do a version of Legends House using Attitude Era talents. if that comes to pass, I'd like to see Mick Foley, Val Venis, Godfather, Edge and Christian on the show. No idea on returning cast members.
