I saw a recent picture of Undertaker holding a cane.  What does this mean for his comeback?

It means nothing.  We are told he was just posing with a fan's cane and he's not using one to get around.  It's case of the photo being taken out of context by those making assumptions.

How long before Joey Styles is doing independent appearances?

I don't know what sort of non-compete Styles has with his WWE departure, but if there is one, my guess is as soon as that is completed.

Can someone please explain to me why we are only at Summerslam yet all these promotions are announcing plans for Wrestlemania week already?  It seems over the top.

It is to an extent, but I understand the strategy.  All the smaller groups are feeding off of the larger show, which is WWE.  So, they want to make their announcements and stake their claim so that they can be the first to get fans excited and get fans to part with their money.  I agree that 6-7 months out is a little ridiculous but when it comes to competition, usually the first one who strikes in this case gets the lion's share of the early money.

I recently ordered an Urban Wrestling Federation PPV and I see in the credits that a Steve O'Neil is the editor.  That surely cannot be the same person who ran the Extreme Rising thing into the ground, right?  Did fans ever get their money back?  Do you ever see Extreme Rising coming back?

It is the same person as he was working for Stonecutter Media before the Extreme Rising events took place, so he's doing his old duties.   As far as whether everyone who was owed money got their money back, I can't say that I have heard everyone has, because I have never been told that.  The Stonecutter Media/Steve Karel projects, however, are completely separate from whatever O'Neil had produced in the past.  I would doubt Extreme Rising, in that form, ever returns.

Whatever happened to the Shane Douglas Las Vegas project?

They are still developing the project and likely, trying to raise funding.

Whatever happened to Terri Runnels?

To the best of my knowledge, she is still living in Georgia.  She occasionally appears at wrestling conventions.
