One of the major topics of conversation backstage at Smackdown today was how bad it was traveling into Nashville for the taping. There were a lot of talents who were badly delayed on their flights yesterday.
Set for next week's Smackdown is Rhyno vs. Heath Slater with the story being that should Slater win, he will get a Smackdown contract.
Miz is signing on 8/7 at the Crickett Wireless Store in Fresno, CA.
The next WWE All Access event at the WWE Performance Center is 9/12.
Steven Fernandes reporting....Paige has been removed from next week's New Zealand and Australia cards. Originally scheduled to team with Sasha Banks to wrestle Charlotte and Dana Brooks, it has now turned into a handicap match with Banks going at it alone against the two. The rest of the card remains the same as previously advertised:
*Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins
*John Cena vs. AJ Styles
*Finn Balor vs. Chris Jericho
The New Day vs. Braun Stroman and Erick Rowan
*Sami Zayn vs. Kevin Owens
