Former WWE and ECW star Taz announced today that he had signed a new deal with CBS that will see him continue his daily two hour morning show "The Taz Show" featuring discussion of pro wrestling, sports and pop culture on Mondays to Fridays at www.TazShow.com.
On Twitter, Taz wrote, "Very happy & proud to announce I re-signed with @CBSRadio lets keep rolliin'! #TheTazShow @playit."
Taz started with CBS several years ago, initially doing a podcast for the Play.it platform before graduating to a daily live audio and video show from CBS Studios in NYC.
As a matter of full disclosure: I appear on the series every Tuesday. I'd also like to congratulate Taz, The Captain and the rest of The Taz Show team on the new deal and I look forward to working with them as the series continues to grow and evolve.
