How come Bad News Barrett isn't popping up on the independent scene?

Barrett noted online he was taking a break from wrestling.  We've heard he's back in the UK as of this writing.

Do you think ROH will give Women of Honor their own TV show?

I think we are a long way from that being a major possibility.  I think it is far more likely that the WOH events will continue to be a featured attraction on ROH events and via Youtube, where they are doing excellent views for the company.

Who are some of the Cruiserweights that you think WWE overlooked with this Classic tournament?

I don't think WWE overlooked anyone as they found 32 competitors they wanted.  There's only so many slots.  There are a few who I think would have been amazing for this but contractually, they couldn't appear, so I won't include them or someone like Amazing Red, who was going to be featured but was injured.  The names who I'd love to see get a shot at the tournament in the future off the top of my head are Steve Anthony, Jonathan Gresham, John Silver, Alex Reynolds, Papadon, Bu Ku Dao, Jigsaw and David Starr.

Am I wrong for not being the least interested in Randy Orton vs. Brock Lesnar?  There's no story, no issues between the two, nothing.  I am so underwhelmed.

You aren't wrong.  Wrestling is subjective and not everyone is going to like what is offered to them.  Personally, it makes sense to me to do the match.  WWE wants something unique as an attraction.  For all we know, they will be on separate brands as of 7/19, so this is a chance to do a dream match.  I personally wonder if Orton will be physically up for something as grueling as Lesnar's in-ring style for his first big match back, but that's probably one of the reasons Orton is at the Performance Center this week - to assess where he stands as a performer after his shoulder surgery last year.

When did the Junior tournaments become so en vogue anyway?

New Japan has been doing the Best of Super Juniors tournament for years.  When they did the first Super J Cup tournament in 1994, that really popularized the genre.  Jim Kettner, when he owned and promoted the ECWA, began promoting the Super 8 tournament in the late 1990s and from there, other tournaments popped up.  Kettner had great acumen for booking, so those shows were, for many years, the pinnacle of independent wrestling.
