We begin with a look back at the end of last week's show when Finn Balor talked about what NXT means to him, and his confrontation with Shinsuke Nakamura.

Match Number One: Oney Lorcan versus Tye Dillinger
Dillinger tries to avoid Lorcan and then they lock up. Dillinger backs Lorcan into the turnbuckles and Lorcan with a clean break. Lorcan with a side head lock but Dillinger with a shoulder tackle. Lorcan with a side head lock. Lorcan with shoulder tackles and he mocks Dillinger by giving himself a ten. Lorcan with a hip toss and he gets a near fall. Lorcan with a side head lock take down. Dillinger with a kick and Lorcan with a boot. Lorcan floats over and applies a waist lock. Dillinger with a standing switch. Lorcan with a running European uppercut and Dillinger rolls to the floor.
Dillinger with a punch on the apron and a running knee to the back that sends Lorcan into the turnbuckles. Dillinger with chops and kicks in the corner. Dillinger with a hard Irish whip. Dillinger stomps on the hand and runs his boot across the face. Dillinger with a short arm clothesline and then he holds on and hits another short arm clothesline. Lorcan responds with a short arm clothesline of his own. Lorcan with a running elbow into the corner followed by a second one. Lorcan runs into a super kick and Dillinger can only get a near fall. Dillinger gets another near fall.
Dillinger climbs the turnbuckles and he punches Lorcan but Lorcan pushes Dillinger off the turnbuckles. Lorcan with a running blockbuster for the three count.
Winner: Oney Lorcan
Cathy Kelley is with Austin Aries and she asks what is next. He says his goal is to become the NXT Champion. Greatness is not lost after one match and it is not earned after every match. He says that all excuses aside, for three seconds, Nakamura was the better man. It put the chip on his shoulder bigger. Everyone in the locker room . . .
No Way Jose comes out and he says that Aries can use his help. When you are down in the dumps, don't say no, say NO WAY.
We see footage from last month when Bayley suffered a knee injury. We hear from Bayley that she has been cleared to wrestle tonight.

Match Number Two: No Way Jose versus Josh Woods
They lock up and Woods with a waist lock and Jose gyrates to force Woods into a side head lock. Jose with a hip toss and wrist lock. Woods pulls Jose down by the hair. Woods with forearms and he gets a near fall. Woods with a side head lock into a rear chin lock. Jose with punches and he blocks a kick. Jose with a chop and reverse atomic drop and punch. Jose with a full nelson slam for the three count.
Winner: No Way Jose
After the match, Jose dances in the ring but Austin Aries comes out. Aries tells Jose that in this industry you are not defined by your victories, but by your defeats. While he was not 100 percent, he was defeated. Bruised ribs are not an excuse. Nakamura was the better man. Aries mentions that Jose told him he could learn from him.
Aries says he saw what Jose did coming to the ring and he can learn from him. Jose has what Aries has forgotten about. It is all about having fun in NXT. Aries says that he does not often say this, but he tells Jose 'thank you' for helping him find out who he is.
They shake hands and then Aries starts to leave the ring, but Jose's music playsand Jose keeps Aries in the ring to dance.
Jose dances and then Aries starts to dance and he is into it. They leave the ring and Aries follows after Jose. They go to the stage and Aries tells them to go over to the announce table to continue dancing.
Jose gets on the announce table and then Aries joins him. Aries tells Jose to spin and Aries does the same, but for a discus forearm. Aries with a forearm to the back as he comes off the announce table. Aries with forearms and kicks as they return to the ring. Aries sends Jose into the ring apron. Aries punches Jose. Aries comes back and he applies the Last Chancery on the ramp.
We go to footage from earlier today with William Regal and Shinsuke Nakamura. William tells Shinsuke that Finn left a note saying 'make it happen'. William says that in three weeks, Shinsuke Nakamura will face Finn Balor.
Buddy Murphy enters and he says that he is the only one in this room with an NXT Title.
William says he let Buddy go back into singles action. He wants to be treated like a star.
Nakamura says that he can face the King of Strong Style . . . mate. Nakamura leaves and Regal tells Murphy to be careful what he wishes for.

We are back with a look at Austin Aries' attack on No Way Jose.
Corey says he is not surprised by what Aries did.
Match Number Three: Deonna Purrazzo versus Bayley
They lock up and Deonna with a side head lock. Bayley goes for a hip toss but Deonna blocks it. They continue to block hip tosses and Bayley with a rollup for a near fall. Purrazzo with a rollup of her own for a near fall. Deonna with an Irish whip but Bayley with an Irish whip out of the corner and hits a hip toss. Bayley sends Deonna into the turnbuckles and hits a running shoulder but misses a splash.
Deonna gets a near fall. Deonna with a kick and running knee to the head and a side Russian leg sweep. Deonna gets a near fall. Deonna with an elbow to the back of the head followed by a snap mare and boot to the head for a near fall. Deonna sends Bayley into the turnbuckles and Bayley starts to Hug Up. Bayley with a boot followed by a back elbow from the turnbuckles. Bayley with a belly-to-belly suplex for the three count.
Winner: Bayley
Carmella is interviewed by Andrea D'marco. Carmella says the women's division is on fire and she wants to be the face of the division.
Alexa Bliss stops by and she says it is adorable that Carmella wants to be the face of the division. She says that nobody knows who she is.
Carmella says her boys went on to the big time while her guys have done nothing.
Alexa points out that she was the star while Carmella was the supporting act. Alexa reminds Carmella she did not get pinned.
Carmella says that title will be hers and she dares Alexa to do something about it because she is not letting anything get in her way.

Match Number Four: Nia Jax versus Liv Morgan
Morgan with a side head lock but Nia sends Morgan to the mat. Nia with elbow drops to the back. Nia with a forearm to the kidneys. Morgan with punches but Nia with a forearm. Morgan with forearms but Nia with a knee to the midsection. Nia with a Cobra Clutch but Morgan with elbows. Nia gets Morgan up but Morgan gets back to her feet. NIa with an elbow and Morgan with a head scissors to send Nia into the turnbuckles. Morgan kicks Nia away and leaps over Nia. Morgan with drop kicks and Nia stays on her feet. NIa with a splash against the ropes followed by a power bomb for the three count.
Winner: Nia Jax

We are back and Carmella will face Alexa Bliss next week on NXT.
Match Number Five: Buddy Murphy versus Shinsuke Nakamura
They lock up and Murphy tries for a kick but Nakamura blocks it and Nakamura with a kick of his own. They lock up again and Nakamura with a kick as he gets out of the test of strength. Shinsuke with a waist lock and Murphy backs Nakamura into the ropes and Murphy with an arm bar. Nakamura with a reversal into a side head lock. Murphy pulls Nakamura by the ahir to reverse the head lock. Nakamura backs Murphy into the ropes and he rests his head against Murphy's chest before giving a full break.
Nakamura blocks a kick and Nakamura with a knee of his own and then he connects with a knee drop. Nakamura with boots in the corner but Nakamura loses focus and Murphy sends Nakamura into the turnbuckles. Murphy with a sliding punch for a series of near falls. Murphy with punches but Nakamura wants more from Murphy. Murphy with forearms but Nakamura with a knee to block a suplex attempt. Nakamura with forearms followed by kicks and then he connects with knees in the corner. Nakamura puts Murphy on the turnbuckles and hits a running knee.
Nakamura with a reverse exploder followed by Kinshasa for the three count.
Winner: Shinsuke Nakamura
