WWE REVIVING CLASH OF CHAMPIONS?, NXT BROOKLYN SELLS OUT, DX BAND LEAD SINGER CHRIS WARREN PASSES AWAY AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2016-06-15 14:29:00

Triple H announced today that the WWE NXT: Back to Brooklyn show on 8/20 has officially sold out.

WWE have applied a number of trademarks for "Clash of Champions", including one for a television show.   That should get a lot of people talking. Thanks to Steven Fernandes.

In some sad news, singer Chris Warren, 49, who fronted the DX band and performed a number of WWE theme songs, including the iconic DX song (a song and entrance that really helped turn things around for WWE during the Monday Night War, the first time that entrance took place was a moment where you just knew, as a viewer, things were changing) passed away.  The cause of death is currently unknown.  Warren performed at Wrestlemania 14 and Summerslam '98 during the Attitude era.  Our deepest condolences to his family, friends and fans.

Yahoo.com featured Bo Jackson's reaction to Brock Lesnar comparing himself to Jackson as a two sport athlete.  In short, Bo don't know Brock.  To check it out click here.  Thanks to Dr. Allen Woods.
