Ring of Honor announced today that ROH champion Jay Lethal will defend against Colt Cabana at the 7/16 Philadelphia return to the 2300 Arena, playing off of their Global Wars PPV bout that did not have a conclusive winner due to The Bullet Club interfering. I hope that at some point, Chicago gets a rematch with a definitive winner as certainly the Windy City deserves that.
ROH also announced that New Japan star Jay White (who is great) will debut at the 6/25 Concord, NC TV taping against Kaimatachi. White will be in as a regular starting with this show.
Added to the 6/24 Best in the World PPV is a Tornado Rules six man tag with The Young Bucks & Adam Cole vs. War Machine & Moose. That sounds like a fun brawl.
The amount of positive feedback to ROH returning to the Hammerstein Ballroom has been massive.
Lio Rush and Michael Elgin are booked for ELITE's two night tournament on 6/23 and 6/25 in Mexico. Thanks to Kris Zellner.
