Considering we have Smackdown going live, plus Impact, ROH and Lucha Underground all having national audiences and the popularity of NXT.  Would you say that we might be in the dawn of a new golden era of wrestling?

I am not ready to say that yet, not by a long shot. If the viewership of shows goes up, then we can talk. Right now though, we are what we are. I hope that changes and we get the golden era, but I am not ready to say it’s a gimme.

What are your expectations for the Global Cruiserweight Series tournament?

Lots of really good matches and at least a couple of talents to make the most of their chance and get signed by NXT.

I don’t understand the notion of grabbing the brass ring when the McMahon family buries their potential stars/undercut their talent to help Shane, Stephanie, and HHH get over heading into Wrestlemania, your thoughts?

Good point. It’s a business where talent needs those in charge to respect their work. Unfortunately, we have seen many times where a talent appears to have gotten over on their own, such as Damien Sandow, Alex Riley, Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase under Randy Orton, etc., and it works against them in the eyes of management. Grabbing the brass ring seems to work against people, not for them.

Why was Tyler Breeze not included in the Wrestlemania IC title ladder match? To follow up, why would they send him up to main roster if they are no plans for him?

He is clearly not seen by Vince McMahon the way that he is seen by you and I, and that’s a shame. As I said above, if Vince isn’t behind you, you are very limited in how far you can go.

Who is your favorite announcer in WWE right now? What would you perfect pairing be?

My favorite play-by-play guy is Mauro Ranallo. I am hoping that Vince McMahon doesn’t over-produce him when Smackdown goes live. Michael Cole was very good on Smackdown as well when Vince let him do what he can do. My favorite color guy is Corey Graves. I think he’s great and would love to see him and Mauro pair up.
