LATEST JIMMY SNUKA COMPETENCY HEARING SET FOR TOMORROW

By Mike Johnson on 2016-05-31 11:56:00

The next hearing into the criminal case against WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy Snuka will be 10:30 AM tomorrow morning in Allentown, PA.

Snuka has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and third-degree murder in the 1983 death of his then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino in an Allentown, PA hotel room.

It is quite possible that the presiding Judge in the case, Kelly L. Banach will make an official determination over whether Snuka understands the crimes against him and is competent to stand trial to face those crimes.

Snuka, 73, took the stand several weeks ago and claimed not to know it was an election year, that pro wrestling was real to him and was unable to name his own age or his own mother's name.   His attorney has claimed Snuka is dealing with dementia and post-concussion issues while Prosecutors contend Snuka is acting in order to get out of the charges.
