The National Wrestling Alliance issued a press release announcing that they had accepted a member in New York City titled NWA Big Apple Wrestling. No word yet as to who this promoter is or where they will be running. The NWA also announced plans to run Orlando, Florida during Wrestlemania week in 2017.
Luke Hawx's Wildkat Sports and Entertainment will present their next event tonight at the Meisley Middle School in Meairie, LA. Bob Holly and Brian Kendrick will be appearing as will Hawx and Wildkat regulars Bu Ko Dao, Bestia 666, Matt Lancie, Curt Matthews and more. We hear nothing but good things about the promotion. Masters of The Ring Entertainment, who put together some really nice events over the last year, will be running 7/23 at the Coastline Convention Center in Wilmington, North Carolina. They will be having a convention in the afternoon followed by a live event where they crown their first champion.
