WWE ring announcer and interviewer Brandi Rhodes aka Eden, on the heels of her husband Cody Rhodes requesting and receiving his WWE release, announced this evening that she was taking a new job outside of WWE and finished with the company at tonight's Smackdown taping.
Rhodes wrote, "What I've been teasing for weeks: I've been offered a new opportunity outside of WWE!! So I've decided to part w/ WWE after tonight."
She also noted she would continue updating her website BeingBrandiRhodes.com and advised fans to follow her there for additional updates.
WWE issued the following via their website: "WWE has granted Eden (wife of Cody Rhodes) her request to be released, as of today, May 24, 2016. WWE wishes Eden the best in all her future endeavors."
