With the sudden resurgence of O.J. Simpson, I was curious if you know if there were any plans by the WWF to bring O.J.in for Summerslam 94 before the murders took place, as his "Naked Gun" co-stars, Leslie Nielson and George Kennedy where there?
I don't believe there were ever any plans.
What heat does Jim the anvil Neidhart have with WWE? I can't remember any issues and yet he is never mentioned as Nattie's dad and is not the go to guy for being in her corner against Charlotte with Ric. Why force an ailing Bret to appear when Anvil would make more sense?
No heat at all. He appears regularly on the WWE Total Divas reality series and was at Wrestlemania signing at AXXESS in recent years. The reality is that from a drawing power point of view, Bret Hart makes more sense as he's the biggest name in the Hart family and was a star commesurate to Ric Flair. Neidhart was not. Bret was hardly forced to appear.
So question about Payback. Do you think we could see a scenario where Shane sells all the people he's brought in since Mania and Steph and HHH retort with saying, "yeah, you brought my guys in from my NXT" and it leading to Vince ousting Stephanie while telling Shane and Triple H they have to work together so that it can build tension into a big blowoff at Summerslam?
I don't know about that exact scenario, but to me, Triple H vs. Shane McMahon at Summerslam seems to be a big money match and storyline for the company. Whether they choose to go that route, we shall see.
What's the latest with the possibility of Velvet Sky departing TNA after her contract expires?
As we broke here on PWInsider, Sky is gone from the company.
While I understand WWEs previous position on Chyna being inducted into the Hall of Fame, her wrestling career was undoubtedly a hall of fame career. With her passing, WWE has seemed to (at least partially) have softened their stance on Chyna, making a future induction more likely. Should WWE decide to induct Chyna in the future who do you think WWE would have induct her and who would accept on her behalf?
I suspect that if and when they put her in the WWE Hall of Fame, she will go in as part of an induction for DX.
