Spoilers and notes from last night's Impact Wrestling taping:
*The belief backstage was that Velvet Sky was done with the company. It's possible she could work this week's tapings but her deal is up later this week and the belief among the wrestlers is that she's not staying.
*Jeremy Borash handled the ring announcing.
*As noted Christy Hemme is now completely done here as well.
*EVOLVE star Caleb Konley worked the taping, losing to Eddie Edwards. The company is interested in bringing him in we are hearing.
*So Cal Val was backstage filming interviews for The Fite App.
*James Storm cut a promo acknowledging that he was back on his own.
Matches taped for the episode, some of which will air on the 5/3 episode of Impact Wrestling:
*Jeff Hardy defeated Mike Bennett after Bobby Lashley attacked him.
* TNA champion Drew Galloway defeated Eli Drake.
*James Storm defeated Abyss.
*TNA Knockouts champion Jade defeated the debuting Sienna (Allysin Kay)
*X-Division champion Trevor Lee defeated Mark Andrews.
*TNA King of the Mountain champion Bram defeated Eli Drake, The Bro Mans and Andrew Everett in a King of the Mountain Match.
There was a Jeff Hardy vs. Bobby Lashley bout with Drew Galloway as referee. There was no finish. Lashley brawled with Galloway.
* EC3 defeated Rockstar Spud in a Steel Cage Match.
